Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. As a small business, orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we experience a high volume of orders or other natural events, so please anticipate a little more time in transit during new release periods. If your order is significantly delayed, I will contact you directly by email.
PACKAGING MATERIALS
As a small business and independent artist, I make an effort to reduce costs by recycling and re-using packaging. This way, I do not charge customers extra for shipping or handling.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are based on those offered by USPS as calculated by the weight of the package. If I find your order to be better suited to a Priority Flat Rate package, I will reach out directly to offer that service.
If there are any issues or concerns with your order regarding shipping or mailing address, please contact me directly and I will try to resolve the issue before I ship your package. If I notice an issue with shipping rates, I will also make an effort to contact you prior to shipment.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. In most cases, tracking numbers become active within 24-48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING
International shipping is offered through USPS. International tracking numbers will start updating on USPS.com until your items depart the USA. International customers will then need to track packages through the destination country’s postal website using their original USPS tracking numbers. International shipping could take 1-4 weeks, or more, depending on your country's customs process.

Only packages shipped to Canada will continue to update on USPS.com until items are marked delivered.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
I do not claim responsibility for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g. tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES
I will ensure that packages are packed and protected to the best of our ability, however, I am not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. I strongly recommend that you consider purchasing additional shipping insurance (offered separately) to ensure that your packages reach you safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you believe we shipped a defective product, email me at BlackeHavocStudio (at) gmail.com. Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim.

If your order was marked "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier directly.

*** Note: I am currently only offering USPS First Class/Priority Mail for domestic customers, to make sure you’re covered if you don’t receive your package(s). USPS First Class/Priority will automatically insure any packages valued under $50 USD and reimburse you if your package has been lost or misdelivered. USPS First Class International will continue to be offered for overseas customers due to to the high cost of Priority International. ***
