Return Policy

OVERVIEW
I accept returns within 10 days of the original delivery date (i.e. when your item was marked delivered, not your purchase date). Items must meet the following criteria to be returnable:

  • Item(s) are in brand new condition (i.e. no worn or damaged items, or products missing parts not due to my error).

  • Item(s) were not marked final sale.

  • Item(s) were delivered within 10 days of today's date.

 

Please note that I do not accept returns for custom orders or commissions.

BlackeHavoc Studios does not process exchanges at this time.

 

 

RETURN POLICY
Products returned within 14 days of the original delivery date will be refunded to the method of payment used. I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this 10 day window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.


RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of being marked delivered. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed a refund confirmation.


HOW TO START A RETURN:

1) First, please email us at BlackeHavocStudio (at) gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2) Include a note with your original order number in the package you ship back.

3) Mail your return to the following return address: [Address will be emailed upon return approval for privacy.]

 

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS

  • Custom orders or commissions

  • Any grab bags or mystery bags

  • Any items not in original condition (i.e. worn or damaged items, items missing parts not due to our error)

  • Any items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Any items specified as final sale

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your package is inspected and approved, I will send you a return confirmation by email. A refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

RETURN SHIPPING 
Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a traceable shipping method (with tracking) or purchasing shipping insurance when mailing items over $50.

EXCHANGES

Because items are original and handmade, I am unable to offer exchanges. Please consider gifting the item to a friend or family member. 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account first to see if your funds have been returned—it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you still don't see your refund, contact your credit card company or bank to confirm that a refund has been issued.
